The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the beautiful town. Staff were friendly and helpful, though the room was rather small for comfort, lacking relaxation space. The lack of an on-site restaurant was a downside, but the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The staff were helpful, treating us like we were returning friends rather than just customers. One evening, I tried the cherry cocktail at the bar, and it was so good, I kept thinking about it long after I left.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still reasonable enough for what you get.

It was just a proper fit for a flash visit in Sarlat-la-Caneda with good price-quality ratio. The market was right outside the door on Saturday, which was a great surprise. Plan to park a block away if arriving on market days.

The room felt cramped with limited storage space!!! Noise from the busy street interrupted sleep quality, and inconsistent housekeeping left supplies running low at times!!! Parking is a hassle with a long walk required to reach it!!!

The hotel's decor is stylish and welcoming, making it a lovely sanctuary after a day of exploring. We appreciated the great variety at breakfast, especially the fresh-squeezed juice. Traveling with elderly parents, the location close to the historical center was perfect.

In my wife’s opinion, traveling with our elderly parents would benefit from more accessible parking right at the hotel.

plaza madeleine & spa is in a brilliant location just 100m from all the cafes, restaurants, and shops. I loved the steam room and the heated infinity pool. they were perfect after a day of exploring. The chef prepared an amazing vegan breakfast each morning, which was a delightful surprise.

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel is in a great location to explore the charming town, and we made great use of the spa facilities. Our room had a generous shower space with multiple jets—so refreshing after a day out. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend this place!

One downside was the lack of a restaurant in the hotel, which meant we had to venture out for meals, but the many nearby dining options made up for it.

I stayed for 2 nights and loved the amazing breakfast spreads, especially the fresh juices and delicious fruits. The steam room and pool were perfect after a day of exploring, too!
